Add teal organizers to your work space, walk to work in your  favorite yellow shoes or throw on a cute pink lipstick when you run errands this weekend. However you use color, let it be bold and fun because it’s always much more sweet to experience life in living color.

While we loved working with all our clients this Winter, we are thrilled that Spring is here! We are really ready for a little sunshine and some fresh faces around the studio. We are looking for two new interns, so please see below for more information about the positions. 

A little bit about us:

Suite Paperie is a Manhattan based studio that specializes in creating custom work for weddings, events and businesses. We work closely with all our clients to create original and fresh designs that showcases who you are and what you do. And although we are a fairly new business, we are growing fast and are looking for a little extra help in the studio. So this spring, we are looking for two interns to come and join our awesome team! These internships will be very hands on, and are great opportunities to learn more about the stationery/print/design industry.

Social Media/ Marketing Intern *Open to having the right candidate work remotely*

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

-Manage and expand our existing social media presence

o   Facebook

o   Instagram

o   Twitter

- Promote Suite Paperie in the online community  

- Help develop and expand a social media strategy

- Develop fun and interesting content for our blog, promotional campaigns, and other forms of customer communication

Crafting/Production Intern *must be NYC based*

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

- Designing for clients (both by hand drawing and on the computer)
- Sitting in on client meetings and assisting in the creative brainstorming process
- Assembling orders 
- Assisting with photo shoots – styling, prepping, etc…

 *Graphic design experience preferred. Candidate must be artistic/crafty, detail oriented and organized.

*These are unpaid internships for 2-3 days a week (we’re flexible on days and times)

Love is definitely in the air, and here at Suite Paperie we have decided to spread a little love of our own with a free gift giveaway. They are simple, sweet, and pretty awesome …and they can be used for all sorts of v-day goodies. We loved being a part of what Erika called her “Dream Team” and are so excited that their beautiful wedding is being shared with the world.

Fact: I’m Jewish (Goldberg, Duh!)

Fact: There are millions* (*possible exaggeration) times more cards, gift wrap, decor, etc for Christmas than there is for Chanukah!

Fact: The only thing I enjoy more than buying presents, is wrapping them!

Fact: I get ‘Christmas Envy’ every. single. holiday season.

Now let’s get something straight right off the bat. My Christmas Envy is not a jealousy or a wish to be anything other than Jewish, but rather, it is a deep yearning for pretty, sparkly and well-designed decor, cards, and much more for my beloved Chanukah.

Suite Paperie is here to help you add some trendy, fun and colorful designs to your Chanukah wrapping. I know it’s not a lot, but it’s a great start – plus it’s free, and you know how much we love that! (just kidding)

DIY Instructions:

1. Find your apples: Make sure that they stand upright on their own…you don’t want them falling over on the table.

2. Print out your own leaf tags if you’re crafty on the computer, or just use construction paper to cut out leaf shapes. Use a white paint pen to write the names.

3. Using the floral pin, poke a hole through the base of the leaf (about .25″ in from the edge) then stick the pin into the top of the apple!

4. Place your apples on your plates and you’ve got snazzy place cards, plus you send your guests home with a healthy late-night snack!
